Pop Lemon was created by Heather, a nurse and mom, and her daughter Gemmy.

Together, we wanted to create the kind of first period experience we wished every girl could have, one that helps girls feel prepared, confident, and supported while giving trusted adults the tools and guidance to start the conversation with confidence.

What began as a mother-daughter project has grown into a mission to make first periods feel a little less overwhelming and a lot more empowering.
