Return & Refund Policy

At Pop Lemon, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase.

Because our kits contain personal care and hygiene-related items, returns are only accepted if all contents are unused and returned in their original condition.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for kits that are unused, complete, and in resalable condition.

To request a return, please contact us at hello@poplemon.co with your order number and reason for the return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Kits with missing contents
  • Used products
  • Opened personal care items
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@poplemon.co.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of any damage or incorrect items

We'll work quickly to make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you if your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
