Is the pouch always pink?
Our signature pouch is designed to be pink, but during our launch phase, limited quantities may occasionally vary slightly based on availability. No matter the color, every kit includes the same thoughtfully selected items and care.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?

Can I return my Pop Lemon Starter Kit?
Because Pop Lemon kits contain personal care items, we cannot accept returns of opened kits. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us and we'll work to make it right.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damage. We'll review the issue and work with you to find a solution as quickly as possible.
Who created Pop Lemon?
Pop Lemon was created by Heather, a nurse and mom, and her daughter Gemmy.
Together, they wanted to create the kind of first period experience they wished every girl could have—one that helps girls feel prepared, confident, and supported while giving trusted adults the tools and guidance to start important conversations with confidence.
What began as a mother-daughter project has grown into a mission to help families navigate this important milestone with connection, support, and encouragement.
